  1. Read the runs

    Each number tells you the length of a filled run in that row or column. A clue of “3, 1” means three filled squares, then one filled square.

  2. Leave a gap

    Separate runs with at least one empty square. Cross out squares you know are empty, and use the other clues to work out what fits.

  3. Find the picture

    Keep following the logic. Undo a move or check your marks. The mobile apps add guided lessons, pencil marks and Learn explanations.
